Completely love your shoes or we will refund or replace your custom shoes for free—no questions asked!

FREE RETURNS
Send your shoes back on us! We’ll pay for returns from anywhere in the world.

FOR APPARREL& ACESSORIES

All returns must be sent back within 7 business days in order to get a refund, and within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. To receive a full refund, the package cannot be opened, worn, or damaged. We do not accept worn items as per our policy. If items are damaged you will not under any circumstances be credited.   We do allow an exchange if you ordered the wrong size as long as the package is not opened. Buyer is responsible for all return & or shipping fees/charges. We want all of our customers to feel confident in the quality of our products and that each item is new just for them and untainted by any other use. 

 

Pre-orders are non-refundable. All sales are final.

We accept Credit, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Paypal Payments. We also offer financing through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. Invoicing is available for custom orders. Please reach out to us directly.
